Garden Work Day – November 5

Join us from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for our monthly Ford House Kitchen Garden work day on November 5. The seasons are changing and there is plenty to do!

The kitchen garden is representative of side yard gardens in the Victorian Era. Run by volunteers, ours features a variety of heirloom fruits vegetables, and herbs. Crops get switched out seasonally so there are always new things to see.

You are welcome to bring your family and friends no matter their skill level, tools and instruction will be provided. We suggest you bring your own gloves but it is not necessary. Water, sunblock, and hats are also suggested.
